The Wachovia Bank at 122 E. Grace Street reported a bank robbery. Before the suspect could get across the street – a dye pack exploded and she dropped the cash and ran. A Clean and Safe employee grabbed what cash he could and turned it over to Police once they were on scene. Detectives Foultz and O’Dell responded and immediately recognized the suspect when they reviewed the surveillance video. Warrants for Ernestine Neal were obtained and executed the following day.
