Ronald Stallings named 2008 Real Estate Visionary of the Year
Ronald Stallings, president of a real estate development company that has renovated or redeveloped 47 properties in Jackson Ward, Walker Row Partnership, was named 2008 Real Estate Visionary of the Year by the Richmond Real Estate Group last week. His projects include “the 2C condominiums, the W.W. Browne House, the Southern Aid Life Insurance Building, Jackson Commons Partnership, the Tucker Cottage, Studio 516, the Brook Road Lofts and town houses throughout the neighborhood”. [via]

Just wanted to say how proud I am of my good friend,who in 1979 once had a little store (Richmond Beverage)where he and I tried to build a furniture,beverage and carpet store for a couple of years.We had a lot of fun working together and am glad that he kept pursuing his dream which he had back then of improving the Jackson Ward area.I will also miss his father who visited us every week at the store.He was one of the most kindest men I had ever met.Good luck in your success my friend and never forget where you came from.
