My friend’s moped was stolen tonight from around 2nd and Clay. If you see anyone it around, please notify Richmond Police. It’s not one that’s commonly found in the city, so it stands out if you know what you’re looking for. I know that if I see someone other than Dustin riding it, I will probably hit them with my car. Just a warning.
