development on Lombardy, Marshall to come before council

The agenda for the Dec.8 City Council Meeting (PDF) has two items of specific local interest, both development proposals.


ABOVE: 1003-1011 North Lombardy Street, West Moore, and Bowe Street

Ord. No. 2008-294 – To authorize the special use of *** 1003, 1005, and 1011 North Lombardy Street for the purpose of twenty-three (23) two-family detached dwelling units and accessory parking ***.

Ord. No. 2008-295 – To authorize the special use of *** 1200 West Marshall Street and 700 North Harrison Street for the purpose of a multifamily dwelling with up to eighty-four (84) dwelling units, commercial use consistent with the B-6 Mixed-Use Business District regulations, and accessory parking ***.
