Festival Flags is featured in today’s business section of the RTD: 

Millie Jones died two years ago this month, but the flag-making company she created in the 1970s that spawned an industry continues flying.

“People give her credit for starting the decorative-flag movement,” said Dave Edwards, who bought Festival Flags Unlimited in 2005.

“Before Festival Flags, people would fly the American or state flag, but not one to express any other sentiment than patriotism.”
